Managed Staff Leasing
Managed Staff Leasing is excellent for clients working on projects lasting a minimum of six (6) months. This service is charged monthly, based on the project’s complexity, scale, and duration. ADDMORE will collaborate with the client to determine project staffing needs. ADDMORE will manage the workforce and their tasks, with the client’s review and approval of the deliverables.
·         Team members are hired by ADDMORE Services based on the agreed-upon qualifications and skills needed for the outsourced work.
·         ADDMORE Services may suggest improvements to your processes and procedures.
·         ADDMORE Services oversees staff performance and productivity to ensure that client service levels are met.

Project-Based Solutions
Our pricing model for this service is based on the number of months required considering the project’s complexity and size. Once the deliverables are determined, ADDMORE will provide the client with a project duration and a set lump sum cost based on the actual time required to perform the work. ADDMORE takes on the risk of hours exceeding the forecasted estimate.
This model is suitable for clients seeking fixed pricing with high-quality service on short-term projects for a minimum 3-month contract.
