  • Assist with e-commerce marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns and social media promotions.
  • Update and maintain the e-commerce website with new products, images, and information.
  • Enter product data, customer information, and sales data into the e-commerce system.
  • Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, such as sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare reports on e-commerce sales, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as filing and document management.
